Group Fitness provides motivation, accountability and teamwork while pushing you through challenging, calorie-blasting workouts.
Our group training accommodates up to 10 participants and are typically designed in a circuit-style, providing constant movement that can be modified based on your skill level and goal.
Driven nutrition and wellness coaching and programming embody evidence-based, sustainable and individualized strategies to support and empower you to function at your best while acknowledging that flexibility is the key to reaching your goals.
Our services and programming include customized coaching sessions to assist you on your journey to finding nutritional balance between food, exercise, sleep, and stress management. We offer both in-person and virtual coaching and online programming so you can explore these aspects of your life in ways that work best for you. We also offer an Intuitive Eating course and 1-on-1 sessions with a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor to help you make peace with and discover satisfaction with food and exercise.
