The Details

A 4-week training program delivered to you in including:

  • 3 Program options based on the equipment you have available (Dumbbells, Bands, Bodyweight)
  • 6 workouts per week with links to video tutorials for each exercise

Dumbbell Program:

Choose this option if you have adjustable dumbbells or a decent selection of dumbbells. If you only have a few light dumbbells, consider the band program or the bodyweight program as dumbbells are in short supply right now. If your dumbbells are too light to match your strength levels you’ll find many of the exercises too easy.

Band Program:

This is a good option for most people as you can generally still order and receive these quickly. It also significantly expands the library of exercises available to you. We are big fans of Perform Better’s super bands and would recommend you order the 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ bands.

Bodyweight Program:

This is your option if you don’t have any dumbbells or bands available but fear not – there are still a ton of exercises on the menu and you can still get a great workout!
