Personal Trainer / Coach | DRIVEN Performance Training Austin

Personal Trainer / Coach

Driven Performance Training is a private personal training facility located in downtown Austin, specializing in one-on-one and small-group coaching. We focus on building long-term client relationships and helping coaches develop lasting, rewarding careers in the profession.

We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people, committed to continual learning, and interested in becoming an integral part of a collaborative coaching team.

About Driven

Personal training can be a tough profession.

Many coaches spend years working split shifts, driving all over town, fighting for space on crowded gym floors, and dealing with the uncertainty that comes with inconsistent schedules and unpredictable income.

I’ve been in the industry for more than 25 years and have experienced plenty of those challenges myself.

When I started Driven Performance Training in 2009, my goal was simple: create a place where great coaches could build lasting relationships with clients, continually improve their craft, and enjoy a stable, rewarding career doing work they genuinely love. Just as importantly, I wanted to build a team that supports one another rather than competes with one another.

Today, many of our client relationships span years, and in some cases decades. Our coaches collaborate regularly, share ideas freely, and work together to provide an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

If you’re looking for a long-term professional home where coaching is treated as a craft and relationships matter, we’d love to hear from you.
