Chase’s foundation in performance began as a competitive pole vaulter, coached by his grandfather from age four through high school. That early experience shaped his respect for technical precision, discipline, and long-term development.

After earning his degree from Penn State, Chase returned home to coach at his alma mater, helping multiple athletes qualify for district competition and one advance to the state championships. Coaching revealed what mattered most to him: helping people develop physical capacity and confidence that carries beyond the gym.

Chase is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and completed the Driven Performance internship program after relocating to Austin. His coaching blends athletic development principles, thoughtful programming, and a long-term mindset. He believes progress is built through consistency, not shortcuts.

He continues to pursue his own training across endurance and strength disciplines, competing in events from 5Ks to ultramarathons and Half Ironman triathlons. That range gives him practical insight into performance, recovery, and longevity.

Chase works with clients who want to train with intention, build durable strength, and take a long view of their health and performance.
